Nepal Christian Guest House is situated in the ancient city of Patan, also known as Lalitpur, in the Kathmandu valley. The guest house was opened in 2007 by Milan and Shusma Adhikari who have been planning for some years to provide accommodation to Christian groups, individuals, families, students, backpackers and so on. Whether you are visiting for conferences, prayer walking or tourist activities, we offer a fully furnished and multi-roomed building with a shared kitchen and lounge/ meeting room.
The guest house is located 7km from Kathmandu city centre, 5km from Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport and a 10 minute walk from ancient Patan Durbar Square as well as the local bus station which provides connections to anywhere inside the valley. Six bedrooms are available, five of them sharing two bathrooms and one room with en suite bathroom. All bathrooms have western-style toilets. There is easy access to the roof with views of the local town and hills around Kathmandu.
We have good relations with local Christian churches, charities, NGOs and schools and can provide a wide range of volunteering opportunities for those who are interested.
